Velocity Bridge is free. There is nothing to refund. This page exists so that the policy is already written and public before anything costs money.

Velocity Bridge 0.9.x is free on the Microsoft Store. We take no payment, hold no card details, and issue no licence keys. If someone has charged you for Velocity Bridge, it was not us — please tell us at support@redicon.pk.
The free tier stays free. Optional paid features are planned for a later version, sold from this website. When that happens, this is the policy that will apply:
Write to support@redicon.pk within fourteen days of purchase, from the address you bought with, and we refund it. You do not have to explain, and we will not try to talk you out of it. The refund goes back by the method you paid with, and typically takes five to ten business days to appear depending on your bank.
Write to us anyway. If the software does not do what this website says it does, that is our problem — we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and the fourteen days do not apply to that. What the fourteen-day window is really for is changing your mind, and we would rather you kept the money than kept a tool you do not want.
That is the whole list. We do not refuse refunds for "excessive use", for downloading the software, or for having had it too long.
Anything purchased inside the Microsoft Store is refunded by Microsoft under their policy, not by us — they took the payment, so they have to return it. We will help you find the right form if their process is unclear.
One email to support@redicon.pk, from the address you purchased with, saying you want a refund. An order number helps and is not required. We aim to reply within two business days; we are one person in Islamabad, so allow for the time difference rather than assuming we are ignoring you.
