Keyboard shortcuts
The full list. If you learn one, learn Ctrl+K — it reaches everything else, including actions with no button anywhere.
Everywhere
| Ctrl+K | Command palette. Search every action and every saved site, and connect to one directly. The fastest route to most things. |
| F1 | Open the user guide. Works from anywhere, including from inside a dialog. Also in the command palette and under Settings → About. |
| Ctrl+, | Settings. |
| Ctrl+S | Site Manager. |
| Esc | Close the current dialog without doing anything. |
Tabs
| Ctrl+T | New tab. |
| Ctrl+W | Close the current tab, disconnecting its session. |
| Ctrl+Tab | Next tab. |
| Ctrl+Shift+Tab | Previous tab. |
| Ctrl+1 … 9 | Jump to the tab in that position. |
In the file panes
| F5 | Refresh the listing. The app does not poll the server, so this is how you see someone else's changes. |
| F2 | Rename the selected item — one at a time; bulk rename is not in 0.9. |
| Ctrl+A | Select everything in the current folder. |
| Enter | Open a folder. |
| Backspace | Up one level. |
| Type letters | Jump to the first matching name. |
| Ctrl+click / Shift+click | Add to the selection / extend the range. |
In the command palette
| ↑ / ↓ | Move the selection. |
| Enter | Run it. |
| Esc | Close. |
In the terminal
| Ctrl+click a filename | Jump the remote pane to that file or folder. Only works while the pane and the terminal are looking at the same directory — why. |
Everything else goes to the shell, as it should. Ctrl+C interrupts the running command rather than copying.
